הוצאות אישיות

שתייה אלכוהולית

הוצאות דלק לאורך הטיול ומעברי כביש אגרה (סדר גודל של כ50 € ליום לכלי)

וכל מה שלא רשום ככלול

יש לרכוש ביטוח נזקים לכלים בעלות של 30 € ליום, התשלום יתבצע מול חברת ההשכרה ביוון. במעמד רכישת הביטוח ביוון, יש למסור כרטיס אשראי לצורך מסגרת בגובה 1000 € למקרה של נזק לכלי. במקרה זה ההשתתפות העצמית המקסימלית בגין נזק לכלי הינה 1000 €.

בכל מקרה של נזק לכלי, כפרי דרייב שומרת לה את הזכות להורות ע״י המדריך הנוכח במקום להחליט כי על הלקוח לשאת בעלויות הנזק והוא מחוייב לשלם באופן מיידי (מזומן, אשראי או העברה). במידה ולא יעשה זאת תופסק השתתפותו בטיול.

תנאים כללים וביטוח

חובה לצאת למסע עם דרכון בתוקף לחצי שנה (מיום היציאה) לפחות!

חובה לרכוש ביטוח רפואי ומטען בעל כיסוי מורחב (הכולל פינוי וטיסה לישראל והמשך טיפול בארץ)

מומלץ להזמין את הביטוח, בהתאם לתאריכי המסע, כבר ביום ההזמנה על מנת לבטח ביטול השתתפות מסיבות מוכרות בביטוח

קיום המסעות מותנה במינימום 16 משתתפים מבוגרים. מקסימום 20. ההרשמה לטיול היא בשיטת ‘כל הקודם זוכה’, ומוגבלת ל-20 אנשים.

במידה וקיימת בעיה בריאותית ו/או אלרגיה מסכנת חיים יש לעדכן את נציגת המכירות בעת ההזמנה, כמו כן את המדריך בעת ההגעה ליוון.

בחתימתי במסמך זה אני מצהיר כי אני מודע לכך שמזג האוויר עשוי להשתנות במהלך הטיול ואני מיומן לנהוג גם בשינויים אלו.

חלק מארוחות הצהרים תהיינה באופי של פיקניק בטבע וחלקן בטברנות מקומיות

ארוחות הערב – חלקן במלון וחלקן במסעדה כאשר אנו שמים דגש על תפריט מגוון ועשיר.

כל בקשה לתוספת מעבר לכתוב במסמך זה יחויב בתשלום

אוכל כשר (מבית חב”ד) יהיה בתוספת תשלום של 125 € לאדם ומותנה במינימום 6 אנשים.

דמי ביטול

פרק הזמן לביטול טיול הינו בתוך 14 יום מיום הזמנת הטיול – בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן.

עד 45 ימי עבודה לפני היציאה, יוחזר כל הסכום למעט מקדמות ששולמו לספקים ולא יוחזרו (תשלום ויזה, טיסות, מקדמה לכלים שכורים, מקדמה לבתי המלון, אגרות מעבר וכו’)

מ-30 ועד 45 ימי עבודה לפני מועד היציאה החזר של 50% ממחיר הטיול, היה ושולמו תשלומים בפרק זמן זה (תשלום ויזה, טיסות, מקדמה לכלים שכורים, מקדמה לבתי המלון, אגרות מעבר וכו’) ינוכה סכום זה מההחזר.

ביטול טיול פחות מ-30 ימי עבודה לפני היציאה לטיול, ללא החזר!

ההחזרים הכספיים הנובעים בגין ביטול טיול יבוצעו תוך 60 ימי עבודה מיום קבלת הודעת הביטול בכתב.

מצבי חירום: אנו נהיה רשאים להודיע על ביטול טיול, מלא או חלקי, אף בהתראה קצרה ביותר, אם לפי שיקול דעתנו הבלעדי והמוחלט לא ניתן לבצעו או שנוצרה מניעה או סכנה בביצועו, בנסיבות שאינן תלויות בנו, לרבות בשל שביתות, התרעות, הנחיות של רשויות מוסמכות, מגפות, פגעי טבע, מצבי מלחמה וכיו”ב. בכל מקרה כאמור, אנו לא נהיה אחראים לכל נזק, ישיר או עקיף, או לאי נעימות עקב הביטול המלא או החלקי. במקרה של ביטול מלא כאמור, יוחזרו למטייל הכספים ששולמו לחברה בפועל בשקלים לפי העיקרון שבקיזוז כל הוצאה אשר הוציאה החברה (לרבות התחייבות של החברה) ואשר לא קיבלה בעבורה החזר. אם בוטל טיול באופן חלקי, יוחזרו למטייל התשלומים בעבור שירותי הקרקע אשר לא ניצל בלבד, בקיזוז אלו אשר החברה לא תקבל בעבורם החזר.

שימוש בתמונות וסרטונים

התמונות והסרטונים שיצולמו בטיולים של KAFRI DRIVE ניתנים לשימוש ברשתות החברתיות/אתר האינטרנט של חברת כפרי דרייב. למעט אם נתקבלה הודעה מפורשת מהלקוח לא להשתמש בהם

מסלול הטיול

מסלול הטיול ביום הראשון והאחרון תלויים בשעות הטיסה, ההגעה לארץ היעד ושעת העזיבה בהתאם.

חברת כפרי דרייב שומרת את הזכות לשנות את מסלולי הטיול בהתאם להחלטת המדריך ו/או בשל אילוצים והנחיות: שעות אור, מזג אויר, , דרכים חסומות/מסוכנות/לא עבירות, הנחיות של המקומיים וכו׳

נוספות

התנהלות – במידה וחברתנו תמצא כי לאור רקע בעייתי/אלימות מצד לקוח המהווה הפרעה למהלך התקין של הטיול, חברת ״כפרי דרייב בע״מ״ שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לעצור את השתתפותו בטיול ללא החזר בגין התשלום.

במידה ולקוח הגיע לטיול ביוון ואינו מעונין להמשיך להשתתף בו מסיבה כזו או אחרת, לא יקבל כל החזר בגין התשלום

טיסות

כל שינוי ו/או ביטול ו/או מחדל הקשור בחברת התעופה הינם באחריות חברות התעופה בלבד עפ”י כללי ארגון התעופה הבינלאומי וחוקי מדינת ישראל.

חברת “צחי כפרי בע”מ” אינה אחראית לאיחורים בהמראות ונחיתות של מטוסים, לא לביטולי טיסות, לא לאובדן מזוודות ולא לכל מחדל אחר. אלו באחריות חברות התעופה בלבד.

כל שינוי או מחדל כזה לא יהווה עילה לתביעה כנגד חברת “צחי כפרי בע”מ” והיא תהיה פטורה מכל פיצוי בגין שינוי או מחדל כזה. עם זאת, חברתנו תעשה את המיטב כדי לעדכן את מסלול הטיול ולמצותו בהתאם לשינויים אלו.

הושבה – אין הושבה בקבוצות מאורגנות

אין אפשרות לבחור מראש מקומות ישיבה במטוס במסגרת כרטוס קבוצתי

תשלום על נזק לכלי במידה ויהיה.

הוצאות אישיות

שתייה אלכוהולית

הוצאות דלק לאורך הטיול ומעברי כביש אגרה (סדר גודל של כ50 € ליום לכלי)

וכל מה שלא רשום ככלול

יש לרכוש ביטוח נזקים לכלים בעלות של 30 € ליום, התשלום יתבצע מול חברת ההשכרה ביוון. במעמד רכישת הביטוח ביוון, יש למסור כרטיס אשראי לצורך מסגרת בגובה 1000 € למקרה של נזק לכלי. במקרה זה ההשתתפות העצמית המקסימלית בגין נזק לכלי הינה 1000 €.

בכל מקרה של נזק לכלי, כפרי דרייב שומרת לה את הזכות להורות ע״י המדריך הנוכח במקום להחליט כי על הלקוח לשאת בעלויות הנזק והוא מחוייב לשלם באופן מיידי (מזומן, אשראי או העברה). במידה ולא יעשה זאת תופסק השתתפותו בטיול.

תנאים כללים וביטוח

חובה לצאת למסע עם דרכון בתוקף לחצי שנה (מיום היציאה) לפחות!

חובה לרכוש ביטוח רפואי ומטען בעל כיסוי מורחב (הכולל פינוי וטיסה לישראל והמשך טיפול בארץ)

מומלץ להזמין את הביטוח, בהתאם לתאריכי המסע, כבר ביום ההזמנה על מנת לבטח ביטול השתתפות מסיבות מוכרות בביטוח

קיום המסעות מותנה במינימום 16 משתתפים מבוגרים. מקסימום 20. ההרשמה לטיול היא בשיטת ‘כל הקודם זוכה’, ומוגבלת ל-20 אנשים.

במידה וקיימת בעיה בריאותית ו/או אלרגיה מסכנת חיים יש לעדכן את נציגת המכירות בעת ההזמנה, כמו כן את המדריך בעת ההגעה ליוון.

בחתימתי במסמך זה אני מצהיר כי אני מודע לכך שמזג האוויר עשוי להשתנות במהלך הטיול ואני מיומן לנהוג גם בשינויים אלו.

ארוחות הבוקר תהיינה בכל מלון

ארוחות הצהריים – בהתאם לאופי המסלול ומזג האוויר

חלק מארוחות הצהרים תהיינה באופי של פיקניק בטבע וחלקן בטברנות מקומיות

ארוחות הערב – חלקן במלון וחלקן במסעדה כאשר אנו שמים דגש על תפריט מגוון ועשיר.

לא כולל משקאות ומשקאות אלכוהוליים

כל בקשה לתוספת מעבר לכתוב במסמך זה יחויב בתשלום

אוכל כשר (מבית חב”ד) יהיה בתוספת תשלום של 125 € לאדם ומותנה במינימום 6 אנשים.

דמי ביטול

פרק הזמן לביטול טיול הינו בתוך 14 יום מיום הזמנת הטיול – בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן.

עד 45 ימי עבודה לפני היציאה, יוחזר כל הסכום למעט מקדמות ששולמו לספקים ולא יוחזרו (תשלום ויזה, טיסות, מקדמה לכלים שכורים, מקדמה לבתי המלון, אגרות מעבר וכו’)

מ-30 ועד 45 ימי עבודה לפני מועד היציאה החזר של 50% ממחיר הטיול, היה ושולמו תשלומים בפרק זמן זה (תשלום ויזה, טיסות, מקדמה לכלים שכורים, מקדמה לבתי המלון, אגרות מעבר וכו’) ינוכה סכום זה מההחזר.

ביטול טיול פחות מ-30 ימי עבודה לפני היציאה לטיול, ללא החזר!

ההחזרים הכספיים הנובעים בגין ביטול טיול יבוצעו תוך 60 ימי עבודה מיום קבלת הודעת הביטול בכתב.
